Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your access to this website and participation in the panel. By creating or using an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or use member services.
Eligibility and membership
Membership is invitation-only and subject to age, country, identity, quality and other eligibility requirements. An invitation does not guarantee acceptance, continued membership or eligibility for any particular research study.
You may hold only the accounts permitted by the panel. Membership is personal and may not be sold, transferred or shared.
Your account
You must provide accurate, current information and keep your account access secure. Tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We may verify account information and limit certain changes to protect members, research quality and the reward system.
Research participation
Taking part in a study is voluntary. Each opportunity may have additional eligibility rules, instructions, consent information and confidentiality requirements. You must answer honestly, pay reasonable attention and participate as yourself.
A study may close, reach quota, screen you out or be withdrawn. Where applicable, the opportunity will show the expected time and reward before participation.
Points and rewards
Points are promotional units within the panel and are not cash until successfully redeemed through an available reward option. Points may be pending while activity is verified and may expire or be adjusted as described in the relevant panel rules or reward notice.
Video verification and manual admin approval are required before any member can submit a redemption. You may join and earn points before verification. See how we protect your video for consent, review and deletion information. Other redemption eligibility rules still apply.
We may withhold, reverse or cancel points connected with duplicate accounts, ineligible activity, inaccurate responses, technical errors, abuse or fraud. Reward availability, thresholds and fulfilment options may vary by country.
Invitations and referrals
Referral features must be used only for genuine invitations to eligible people. Self-referrals, spam, misleading promotions, impersonation, duplicate accounts and manipulation of referral milestones are prohibited.
A referrer may receive the reward configured for a qualifying milestone, but has no right to see the referred member’s profile or research answers.
Acceptable use
You must not disrupt or test the service without permission, bypass security or eligibility controls, automate participation, copy confidential research material, upload malicious content, infringe another person’s rights, or use the website unlawfully.
Support attachments must be relevant, safe and within the file types and size limits shown on the support page.
Content and intellectual property
The website, panel branding, software and service content are owned by or licensed to the panel operator. You receive a limited, revocable right to use them only for your personal panel participation.
You retain rights in content you submit, but grant the rights reasonably needed to operate the service and conduct any research you knowingly join, as explained in the applicable study information.
Third-party services
Studies, identity checks, reward fulfilment or other features may use third-party services. Their terms and privacy notices may also apply. We are not responsible for a third-party service beyond the extent required by applicable law.
Suspension and termination
You may ask to close your account through support. We may restrict, suspend or end access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, prolonged inactivity, ineligibility, breach of these terms, poor-quality activity, abuse or fraud.
Account closure may affect unused points, subject to applicable law and any notice provided to you.
Service availability and liability
We aim to keep the service accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted access or a minimum number of studies, referrals, points or rewards. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided without implied guarantees beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Updates, law and contact
We may update these terms and will show the updated date on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the service where appropriate. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply, to the extent permitted by law.
