How we protect your video
Video verification and admin approval are required before every member can redeem points. You can join, participate in research and earn points before completing verification, but cannot submit a redemption until approved.
With your consent and camera and microphone permission, we record a short video with audio as you turn your head, blink and read random digits. Automated movement and speech checks produce a score to assist an authorized admin. These are basic participation checks, not government identity verification. A score never automatically approves your verification; an admin makes the decision.
We keep your recording private and use it only for verification and related support. Access is limited to authorized reviewers and service providers needed to securely host and process it on our behalf. We do not publish it, share it with referrers, advertisers or research clients, sell it, or use it to train AI models. Disclosure required by law may apply.
Within 48 hours of submission, an admin will approve or reject the submission and delete the recording and detailed face or voice analysis data. No recording is retained beyond this period. We retain the verification status, score and a minimal decision record for account integrity and rewards administration; these records do not contain the recording.
You may skip recording until you are ready, but redemption remains unavailable until approval. If you cannot complete a movement or speak the digits, need accessibility assistance, want to withdraw consent or request deletion, or have a privacy question, contact support. Withdrawing consent before review may prevent completion of verification and does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
About this policy
This policy explains how the panel operator collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit this website, create a member account, take part in research, use referrals or rewards, or contact support.
The panel shown on this website may be operated for a particular research community. References to “we”, “us” and “the panel” mean that panel operator and the service providers acting on its behalf.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide and information generated while you use the service, including:
- account details such as your name, email address, phone number, country and profile avatar;
- demographic and profiling answers used to assess eligibility and match research opportunities;
- research participation, completion status, reward points, redemption and referral activity;
- technical data such as IP address, device, browser, timestamps, security events and approximate country; and
- support messages and any attachment you choose to send.
How we use information
We use personal information to create and secure accounts, verify invitations, identify a member’s country and calling code, match members to relevant studies, administer referrals and rewards, provide support, prevent duplicate or fraudulent activity, monitor service reliability and meet legal obligations.
Research answers may also be used for the study described when you participate. The study invitation or consent information will explain any additional use that applies.
Your choices and consent
Participation in research is voluntary. You can choose whether to join an available study and may stop where the study permits. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent, although this will not affect processing already completed lawfully.
You are responsible for keeping account and profile information accurate. Some changes may be limited for account integrity and fraud prevention.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including research, reward, dispute, fraud-prevention, audit and legal requirements. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law. Verification recordings follow the 48-hour period described above.
We use organisational and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a secure device and protect your account access.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, and complain to a data-protection authority. Some rights are subject to lawful exceptions.
To make a privacy request, use the support page. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
International processing
The panel, research clients or service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use contractual or other recognised safeguards for international transfers.
Age and eligibility
The panel is not intended for anyone below the minimum participation age shown during registration or required by local law. If you believe a child has provided information without valid authorisation, contact support.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. For privacy questions or requests, please contact the support team.
